The 2026 Onboarders Conference and Workshops meets December 3–4 at eBay Headquarters in San Jose — a room built for the people who own onboarding, not the people who sell to them.
Sessions cover AI in onboarding, metrics and program measurement, onboarding through turbulent times, executive integration, and the hiring manager as delivery mechanism. The program also includes structured labs — table-team exercises that move the content from concept to your actual program. And, of course our half-day pre-conference workshops - purchased seperately.
