Colette Williamson has been working for Southwest Airlines as a Training and Development Leader since 2010.  She is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience as an effective Leader, Trainer, Facilitator, and Instructional Designer.  She began her career in Canada in education as a teacher.  She taught for several years in Canada and then moved to Texas where she decided to combine her passion for training with her love of travel.  She serves as the Manager of Leadership and Employee Training for Southwest Airlines.


Schartryce Mason

Senior Specialist Talent / Leadership Development

Develops and oversees learning development, delivery strategies and tactical implementation of FlagShip University (FSU) learning programs. This includes resource management and oversight responsibilities for the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in the areas of Course and Content Development, Training Delivery, LMS Support, and Learning Administration. Responsibilities also include ensuring value realized as return on investment of assets invested in the development and delivery of learning initiatives for assigned AA business units and programs - specifically for HR, Leadership, New Employee Orientation training programs, IT and Finance. Additionally, develops inter-departmental and 3rd party vendor partnerships, to include university partnerships.

Karen Taylor 

Global Onboarding Program Manager

Karen Taylor is the Senior Manager of Global Onboarding for Charles River Laboratories (CRL), a
global CRO (Contract Research Organization) located in over 110 locations in 20+ countries hiring
over 4500 new talent each year. Karen has overseen the global rollout of their onboarding strategy
as well as recent acquisitions for a hybrid workforce. She has been with CRL for 14 years having held
various IT positions including Project and Change Management lead and Executive Assistant. Karen
is a great example of OWNing her career growth by saying yes to unique projects and positions and
she loves her role.
