Jessica has over 20 years of sales and enablement experience. She got her start in enablement when Salesforce was about a 300 person company with little if any internal training. Since then she’s done onboarding and enablement programs for sales, consultants, and managers. She’s led sales and operations teams at both small and large companies. For the past two years, Jessica has been leading the Sales Onboarding team at Salesforce where they onboard over 3,000 new sales people each year.

Scott joined ServiceNow in 2016 and is responsible for managing all aspects of global sales onboarding. Scott’s mission is to reduce ramp time and accelerating time to productivity, while also delivering a scalable and world-class onboarding experience to a rapidly growing and diverse sales team.
